Lymface was founded by Valentina Mironova. It began as Miami Face Gym and was later renamed Lymface, moving away from a focus on facial massage toward a broader approach that addresses facial muscle tension and lymphatic flow.

The studio describes its work as a mix of medicine, the beauty industry and attention to a person's overall condition. Treatments work with the facial muscles, lymph flow and tissue quality without injections or machine-based procedures, and the aim is to ease the effects of stress, muscle tension and poor circulation on the face.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a deep pore cleansing with extractions to longer sculpting and holistic sessions. The De-Puff Facial is a 50-minute sculpting massage aimed at puffiness and lymphatic drainage, the Sculpt Facial is a 75-minute session focused on definition and firmness, and the Holistic Facial runs 1 hour 40 minutes and is adjusted to the skin's condition on the day.

Memberships are paid by monthly automatic payment with a 6-month minimum commitment. Unused sessions carry over and stay active for 4 months after the membership ends. Paid sessions are non-refundable.

Booking requires a deposit in advance: $90 at Coral Gables and Boca Raton, and $45 at Hallandale Beach. Cancelling or rescheduling more than 3 hours ahead at the first two locations, or more than 2 hours ahead at Hallandale Beach, refunds or applies the deposit. Clients have a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals, and anyone arriving later is treated as a no-show and loses the deposit.

Lymface works with the face through muscle, lymph and tissue techniques, without injections, machine procedures or aggressive intervention. Deep relaxation is a central principle of each visit.
