The color menu includes a custom conditioning treatment and toner, solid all-over color, and root retouches that apply solid color to regrowth to cover grey. Men's color is grey blending. Foil highlight services range from a mini custom color with fewer than 20 foils for light touch-ups or natural brightness, to a partial custom color covering half the head, to a full custom color covering the entire head for brightness or dimension. Cuts are offered for kids ages 4 to 10, men (including wash, cut and style), and women (listed as a cut and blowout). Styling options include a blowout, a volume blowout with set and an upstyle, and facial waxing is also available.

Appointments require a card on file. Changes made up to 24 hours ahead can be made without a fee. Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a fee of 50% of the booked service, and no-shows or cancellations by text or call within one hour of the service are charged the full booked amount automatically to the card on file.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 8 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once purchased.
