Color is the largest part of the menu. A free 20-minute color consultation is offered first. Options run from a single solid color with no bleach, to partial and full highlights, babylights, a money piece, and custom hand-painted balayage. Darker hair that needs lightening can be done with a double process color, and a consultation is required before that service if the hair has been colored before.

Haircuts, perms and styling make up the rest of the hair menu. Haircut pricing includes a blow dry without hot tools, and there are separate prices for bang trims, fades, children 11 and under, and clients 60 and up. Perms come in three options, and styling includes specialty blowouts and formal styles. Winter and summer reset deep conditioning treatments are also offered.

Waxing and brow services include single-area and two-area waxing and a brow tint with wax. Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page. The business is open Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday. A cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
