LYA Hair was founded in Miami Beach and operates an extension salon in Miami under the LYA Hair Extensions Miami name. Clients can book extension installations, removal and move-ups alongside cuts, color and treatments, so the work is coordinated within one salon. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.

About

The team looks at natural hair density, texture, length, strength, scalp sensitivity, haircut, current color, lifestyle and goals before recommending a method. From there, they adjust the number of extensions, placement, bond size, color mix and density to suit the client's own hair, and for fine hair or sensitive scalps they may suggest lighter placement, smaller bonds, fewer grams or a different method.

The extensions are made from premium Remy human hair, selected for softness, natural movement, durability and blending, with cuticles kept intact and described as ethically sourced. Quality standards are set at the LYA Lab in Miami. Color matching combines several shades to recreate the dimension of a client's natural hair, and the collection can be browsed before an appointment.

Recommends an extension method based on each client's natural hair and lifestyle after a free consultation, and keeps color, cutting, installation, maintenance and removal in one salon so each appointment is coordinated.
