Nail art is priced in five tiers, and the tier a client picks determines both cost and appointment length. Tier 1 is for simple looks: a French tip, chrome, stripes, cat-eye or dots, applied to a single nail or all of them. It starts at $5 and takes about 15 minutes. Tier 2 moves up to blooming gel, tortoiseshell, checkered, floral or marble patterns, starting at $10 for about 20 minutes. Tier 3 covers chrome isolation or art on three or four nails, starting at $20 for about 35 minutes. Tier 4 means art on four or five nails, starting at $30 for about 45 minutes. Tier 5 is art on every nail, starting at $40 for about 70 minutes. Anyone wanting a nail design has to select a tier first.
The enhancement menu includes builder gel, GelX and acrylic sets, fills and removals. Builder gel full sets start at $55 and fills at $45, and both add structure to natural nails with solid color. GelX full sets start at $50 and acrylic full sets at $45, both with solid color. Soak-off removals are offered for builder gel, GelX and acrylic. Other nail services include reshaping, repairs for broken nails, and trims for fingernails or toenails.
Manicures and pedicures include cuticle work, trimming, and shaping and buffing. Basic manicures start at $25, gel manicures at $35, and pedicures at $30. Waxing covers the eyebrow, upper lip and chin, with prices from $12 for upper lip to $16 for eyebrow.
Booking requires a deposit, which goes toward the service, along with a card on file. The deposit is not refundable. A cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment is charged 50% of the booked service, and a no-show without a call is charged 80%. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may have the service shortened or be asked to reschedule, and a late fee applies. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Extra guests are not allowed because space is limited. Children may come only when they are getting a service, and children's prices differ from adult prices, so clients are asked to text for those. No card fees are added at checkout. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
