LVWellness & Aesthetics takes its name from longevity, vitality and wellness. Founder Dr. Justin Hogan wanted a single facility where a person could address overall body health, so hormone care, nutrition, weight management, aesthetic treatments and fitness all sit in one place.

The main location is about 6,000 square feet, split into two sides. One side holds the medical clinic, the aesthetics facility and nutrition and hormone services; the other is a fitness and training center. An in-house lab draws blood for hormone and weight loss patients, and men and women each have their own lounge and locker room.

The wellness side includes bio-identical hormone therapy, testosterone and thyroid therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss management with Semaglutide and weight loss injections, nutritional counseling, and testing for cardiovascular health, food sensitivity, genetic markers and nutritional deficiencies. Educational classes and support programs help clients through the transition to a healthier routine.

The aesthetics side offers injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Volux, lip fillers and Kybella. Body contouring options include CoolSculpting, Emsculpt NEO and Avéli for cellulite. Skin care covers chemical peels, Cosmelan, Hydrafacial, MesoGold, Tixel, vampire facials, broadband light treatments, microneedling and Forever Clear and Forever Young BBL. IV therapy includes NAD+ infusion and drip blends, and the clinic also lists sexual rejuvenation treatments and PRP hair restoration for men and women.

Membership plans bundle services: the Hormone Membership includes monthly prescription delivery, B12 injections, unlimited 30-minute visits with Dr. Hogan, body fat evaluations and product discounts, while the Aesthetic Membership includes a monthly complimentary treatment and discounts on aesthetic and skin care services. Hormone, weight loss and aesthetic members get gym access at no extra charge. The clinic notes that some treatments may not be FDA-approved for every use and may be investigational, and that its website content is educational rather than medical advice.
