Services are grouped into nail enhancements, pedicure treatments, waxing, kids' nail services and other nail work. Nail enhancements cover acrylic full sets and fills, gel, SNS, powder color, shellac, ombré, French tips and pink and white fills, along with classic and French manicures, a deluxe gel manicure, cuticle cuts and nail repair.

The pedicure menu steps up from a regular pedicure, which includes trimmed toenails, cuticle care, callus treatment and a short lotion massage, to deluxe and signature versions with scrubs, a mud mask, a hot towel wrap and longer massages. An organic pedicure uses organic products, and paraffin wax can be added to any pedicure.

The salon says it focuses on customer safety, needs and satisfaction. Its stated hygiene practices include sterilizing and disinfecting implements after each use, using buffers and files only once before discarding them, lining every pedicure, and training staff to follow a sanitization protocol.

Hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients can pay in cash or by card. Services are final sale, and clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to tell management before leaving; adjustments or corrections must be requested within 3 days of the visit and are decided at management's discretion.
