Luz Spa sits in Suite 455 on the fourth floor at Westheimer Road in Houston, and it also presents itself as Luz Spa Beauty & Health. Every service on its website is offered at this location. The menu is grouped into massage, facial, laser hair removal and CO2 fractional laser treatments.
The spa describes its philosophy as well-being that comes from balance between body, mind and spirit. It names professionalism, quality products, personalized attention and a relaxing atmosphere as its priorities, and it describes the space as one where clients can step away from stress and reconnect with themselves.
Booking is done online: you choose a service, date and time, and confirm your phone number with a text code. A $20 deposit is paid at booking and the remaining balance is paid at the spa. Online payments run through Square and accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The spa is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Cancellations or changes with at least 24 hours notice get the deposit back; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit it.
Gift cards are sent by email and can be redeemed online with a code or in person at the spa. Each card covers one service at its current price, and they are valid for 12 months and need no deposit to book.
Laser hair removal and the CO2 fractional laser are for clients 18 and older, and clients complete an online health history and consent form before those appointments. The spa recommends a consultation before a CO2 fractional laser treatment. According to the spa, the CO2 laser is meant to improve skin texture and firmness, soften wrinkles and fine lines, lighten acne scars and spots, and stimulate collagen.
The spa frames its care around balance between body, mind and spirit, with an emphasis on personalized attention and quality products.
A calm space meant for clients to step away from daily stress.
