Reservations require a valid credit card. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry a $50 fee. New clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early for intake paperwork. Shaving assistance is available for $10. Payment is by cash or credit card only, with no Venmo, Zelle or peer-to-peer transfers. Unopened product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
