The menu is built around lash extensions. Clients can book hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with fills for maintenance and foreign fills for lashes that were applied at another salon. Bottom lashes, colored lashes, decals and lash extension removal are also available, and the colored and decal options are added on to a full set.

Fill packages come in 4, 7 and 11 visit sizes, in both hybrid and volume versions. Each package bundles fills with free visits at a lower total price than booking them one by one, and fill packages do not expire. Package credits are applied automatically at checkout when booking through the Services page.

Booking carries a few policies to know in advance. New clients booking a full set, fill or foreign fill pay a $25 deposit, and the same deposit applies to a wet set. Arriving more than five minutes late incurs a $15 late fee after the grace period, and arriving more than 10 minutes late results in a cancellation with a charge of 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service fee, no-shows are charged the full fee, and reschedules should be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent through the website's contact form or on Instagram.
