LUXX Salon Suites Gilbert

LUXX Salon Suites is a suite rental business. Instead of employing a team, it leases private suites to beauty and wellness professionals who run their own businesses. The business describes its suites as the largest and most luxurious salon suites in Arizona.

Renters can work for themselves, set their own schedules, and choose their own prices for services and retail products. They may also sell retail products. Each renter can personalize their suite, including the music, colors and privacy settings. Suites have outside windows, cabinetry, decorative motifs and quartz countertops.

Complimentary WiFi, towel service and Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain drinks are included for suite renters and their clients. Suites have 24/7 access and security cameras. Rent can be paid by credit card or ACH through the LUXX app, and the same app is used to take client payments, which the business says costs 2.5% compared with 2.75% for Square.

Prospective renters can view suite floor plans and a leasing information page on the website, or use the directory page to search for a stylist or esthetician at the salon. The Gilbert office can be reached at (480) 630-6777 or Info@LUXXSalonSuites.com.

The business works as a suite rental model, giving independent professionals their own private space and control over their schedules, pricing and suite setup.
