The Nail Menu covers gel manicures, full sets, refills, ombre sets, builders gel, Gel-X sets, SNS without tips, and nail extensions. A take-off fee applies when switching from powder to gel on natural nails, but not when switching from gel on natural nails to powder.

The manicure and pedicure menu comes in five tiers: Mini Luxx, Luxx Essence, Collagen Bomb, Milk & Honey, and Luxx Gold CBD. Every pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle work, sole conditioning, a massage and polish, with botanical blends made to order from natural ingredients. The Milk & Honey option adds a sugar scrub, a herb-infused neck wrap, a collagen mask, paraffin for the feet, warm towels, and a 12-minute lotion and hot stone massage. Luxx Gold CBD is the most thorough pedicure on the menu, combining a scrub and collagen mask with a herb neck wrap, paraffin for the feet, warm towels, and an 18-minute lotion and hot stone massage.

Add-on services can be added to most visits, including design, nail repair, shaping, cuticle cutting, paraffin wax, hot stone, chrome, and polish for nails and toes. Gel polish can be added to any service for an extra charge. The Princess Menu is for guests 9 years old and under and includes Little Luxx manicures and pedicures along with design and polish-only options.

The waxing menu runs from lip and chin to eyebrow, sideburn, underarm, bikini, half leg, whole face, Brazilian, and full leg. A separate space called the Barrel Room is designed for men and offers hand and foot services.

Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, water, and lemonade are offered, along with one complimentary alcoholic drink per customer for guests with ID. Reusable tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state regulations, single-use tools are discarded or given to the client, and metal instruments are steam sterilized in a dental-grade autoclave. Calluses are not cut with a blade; heavy calluses are reduced gently, sometimes over several visits. Material Safety Data Sheets are kept for every product, licenses are displayed in the salon, and technicians regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge.

Focuses on sanitation practices, including autoclave sterilization of metal tools and gentle callus reduction, and on regular technician education.
