The Staten Island studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with shorter hours on some days, and it is closed on Wednesdays. The Brooklyn location is open on Wednesdays only, from 11AM to 6PM.
Lash services include Classic Sets made of individual extensions for a natural look, Wet Sets, Hybrid Sets and Volume Sets built with handmade fans. Fill-ins are offered at one, two and three week windows after the first appointment. The Korean Lash Lift curls and lifts natural lashes and includes tinting, and the business says it can last up to 8 weeks. A bundle pairs it with the Signature Brow.
Brow services range from shaping with waxing and a traditional tint, which the business says colors existing brow hairs and lasts up to 3 weeks, to a hybrid stain that the business says lasts 4 to 6 weeks on brow hairs and 5 to 10 days on skin. Brow Lamination shapes and sets brows for 6 to 8 weeks. The Signature Brow combines lamination, mapping, tinting and waxing, and prices differ by location.

Clients can join the Glow Club or Brazilian Club for monthly memberships that bill automatically and apply in store. Lash and facial bookings require a deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, to keep phones silent, and to disclose any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and no-shows are banned.
