Services are grouped into bundles, customization, installs and reinstalls. Bundles combine a unit with installation and styling, such as a frontal bun and hair package or a wig and install package. Customization covers knot bleaching, hairline plucking for a natural look, and curled or straightened styling. Installs cover frontal, closure and foreign wigs, and reinstalls are for wigs the owner has installed before.
Booking works in steps. A $20 non-refundable deposit secures an appointment and is deducted from the final payment, and the balance can be paid by card or Zelle. Units for customization must be dropped off three to four days before the appointment, and a rush fee applies to drop-offs outside that window. Custom units take five to seven business days to process, plus three to four business days for shipping, and same-day customizations are not offered. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a $15 late fee or cancellation. Wigs and units must be purchased before booking, and all sales are final, with exchanges considered case by case for brand new, unworn items of equal value.
Hours are 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Every product or treatment unit is custom-built around what the individual client needs.
