Volume sets for short or medium lengths (11mm to 14mm) are described as giving a full, dark look and lasting up to three to four weeks with less upkeep. The MEGA Volume Set is for longer lengths (15mm to 20mm) and is built from handmade fans of four to eight fine lashes each. Refills, which take about an hour, replace and retouch existing extensions, and the studio suggests booking them about three weeks after a set, within a three to four week window.

Every look can be customized. The studio does not work over extensions applied by other technicians. New clients pay a $52 non-refundable deposit to confirm an appointment, which must be paid the same day by Apple Pay or Cash App or the booking is canceled after one hour. Major credit cards are accepted, and any remaining balance may be paid in cash. Appointments may have a wait of 10 to 15 minutes. Clients who cannot find an online opening can ask for a fit-in by text message.
