Luxury Links

Luxury Links is a one-person hair studio in Stafford, Virginia, run by owner Raven Souza. It opened in spring 2018 as a solo studio and has stayed a small, owner-operated business since.

The studio concentrates on upscale hair extensions and natural hair services. Installation methods listed on the booking site include tape-ins, I-Tips, F-Tips and K-Tip installation, along with braids, crochet, micro-link and weaving. Clients can also book color services, signature natural hair services and total hair restore treatments, and consultations before booking.

Styling is personalized, and the studio uses luxury products and techniques it describes as top of the line. Its stated values are quality, integrity and education, and it says clients should feel confident day to day, which it links to healthy, good-looking hair. The Lux Hair Collection extensions are described as unprocessed and 100% virgin hair, and the studio says they can last about a year with proper care.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card on file, and appointments are not confirmed without one. A service fee is charged at booking as part of the total, and the balance is paid in person at the appointment. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital payments through Square, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Clients receive a confirmation and a reminder 48 hours before their visit. Arrivals are allowed a 10-minute grace period after which a No Show charge of 50% of the service applies. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or the same 50% fee applies. Refunds are not provided. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and appointments outside those hours or away from the studio carry additional fees. Hair for extensions must be 100% human hair, and hair must be fully detangled before arrival or a $25 inconvenience fee applies.
