Extensions come in classic, hybrid, light volume, wet-lash, dramatic volume and wispy volume styles. Full sets take 120 to 150 minutes depending on the style. Returning clients book fills timed from their last set, either a mini fill about a week after a set or a fill at two or three weeks, and the price and length of each fill depends on how many extensions remain. Other services include a Korean lash lift with keratin, brow lamination with an optional semi-permanent tint, colored lashes for the outer corners, and removal, with or without a new set.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup around the eyes. Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit sent by Venmo, which goes toward the final balance. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice forfeits the deposit, and clients may reschedule once. Missed appointments also forfeit the deposit, and later bookings must be paid in full in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Clients under 18 need a parent to sign a waiver. Cash, Venmo and credit cards are accepted, and prices include taxes.

Aftercare is covered by a few set terms. Problems with extensions are fixed free if reported within 48 hours. Refunds are not offered on services, but a client who is unhappy with a service is asked to contact the studio within 24 hours for a free removal. A full new set is needed when 40% or less of extensions remain at a refill of four weeks or more. The studio reserves the right to decline service to anyone.
