Lash extensions are applied one at a time to each natural lash. A classic set uses one extension per lash, a hybrid set mixes classic and volume styles, a volume set adds 7 to 10 ultra-light extensions per lash, and a mega volume set uses 15 to 20. A first lash appointment usually runs one to two hours, depending on the amount of extensions or lift chosen. Between visits, touch-ups are offered at two, three or four week intervals, and the business recommends one every three to four weeks. Clients should arrive with eye makeup removed and lashes freshly cleansed, and should keep water off the lashes for at least eight hours after a set or touch-up. A keratin lash lift, with or without tint, is performed by an esthetician to lift and curl natural lashes.

The facial menu has nine options, from a quick mini treatment to a medium-depth VI chemical peel, microneedling and dermaplaning. Several facials are built around a double cleanse, extractions and massage, with masks and peels added depending on the skin type. Body sculpting is offered as non-surgical or minimally invasive contouring for the stomach, thighs and arms, either one area at a time or as a full-body treatment. Spray tanning uses organic solutions made from sugar cane, and the business says its tans look natural without UV exposure. The business also states its products are cruelty free. Refunds, credits and exchanges are not offered for products or services, and clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to raise it with management. Cancellations need 24 hours notice by call or text to avoid a $50 fee.
