The lash menu covers full sets in four styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash and suits clients who already have a good number of lashes and want more curl or length. Hybrid mixes Classic and Volume lashes for a wispy texture on a classic-style look, with the Volume fans handmade to the desired look. Full sets take about two hours, or about two and a half hours for MEGA Volume.
Between full sets, lash fills are offered as touch-ups, a fill for new clients, and one-hour and one-and-a-half-hour fills for Classic, Hybrid or Volume sets. A fill requires at least 40% of the extensions to remain; if the old extensions have grown out, they are removed and new ones are added. For clients who prefer a low-maintenance option, a lash lift works on the client's own lashes, with results lasting 8 to 12 weeks. A tint can be added to the lift. Lash extension removal and lash removal each take about 30 minutes, and the business says extension removal is done without damaging the natural lash.
The business sets its own cancellation rules: cancellations made 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. According to the business, it has continued to grow alongside the lash industry.
