The menu centers on installation work: Baddie Bundles with quick weave, sew-ins with Elite Extensions, closures, frontals, ponytails and weaves, along with hair care such as treatments, end clipping, trims and braid downs. Many services list a set price and an estimated time, such as a one-hour closure weave maintenance visit at $150 or a three-hour Frontal Sew-In at $325. The services page calls the Frontal Sew-In Deluxe its top service.

Wigs are a major part of the business. The studio sells ready units, makes custom units to order and offers wig rentals. A showroom selection is priced from $175 to $950, and units are priced from $300 to $900 depending on length and color. Custom wigs take 7 to 10 days, are non-refundable, and need a deposit and a signed agreement before work begins. Head sizes for custom wigs range from 20 to 23.5 inches, and four to five bundles are suggested, with more for larger heads or layered looks. FaceTime consultations are available to help clients measure their head before ordering.

The studio also runs training. A full beauty training course is offered for $2,000 and covers colors, cuts, weaving, treatments, lace wigs, curls and sanitation. A one-on-one machine wig construction class costs $1,000, and the studio provides the sewing machine but not the hair. A one-on-one ponytail master class, taught with Alicia Cooper, is $375. The shop sells Baddie Bundles and Luxury Dash products, and lists a selection of ready wigs on its shop pages.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday is by appointment only and Monday is closed. Clients can call or text 443-226-7097. Cash, major cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Affirm and Afterpay are accepted.
