The manicure and pedicure menu runs from basic regular polish to gel and spa options. A basic manicure is a 30-minute service with regular polish, and a gel manicure is also 30 minutes. Spa manicures and pedicures run one hour and add an exfoliating scrub, paraffin wax, or both. Manicures include cutting, filing and shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage, and polish in the shade the client chooses. Pedicures include a foot soak, pumice scrubbing, toenail clipping and shaping, a foot and calf massage, moisturizing, and polish. Combined mani-pedi options are also available at set prices.

The nail enhancement menu covers repairs, removals, fill-ins and overlays, plus full sets in several finishes: gel, French tips, ombré, glitter or flake overlays, and gems. Full sets are priced by length, with glitter overlays offered from short to XL. Extra long freestyle sets are available in XL and XXL sizes, in acrylic or polish only. Design work on regular and gel full sets is priced per finger, and gel sets with gems are priced per finger for design as well.

The deluxe menu groups full sets with design and gems, including the Birthday Glam service, which combines a full set with gel polish, design and gems in about an hour. For bigger occasions, the salon offers a wedding package that takes around 2 hours and 35 minutes and a bridesmaid package that takes about 4 hours, each at a set price.

The salon runs a loyalty program: members earn 2 points per booking and 10 points for signing up, with 20 points giving 20% off all services and 30 points giving 50% off all services. E-gift cards come in amounts from $25 to $200 and do not expire. The salon's cancellation rules ask for cancellation at least one day ahead; a $20 fee applies if a client neither cancels nor contacts the salon within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late brings a $15 late fee, and an appointment is canceled automatically if the client has not made contact 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The salon says clients can relax while their nails are done.
