Extensions are the core of the menu. A classic set applies one extension to each natural lash. A wet set uses narrow fans for a sleek look with some texture, and a wispy volume set mixes lengths and curls for a feathery finish. Volume and hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques, with volume giving a fuller, more dramatic result. An anime set is offered as its own option.

Appointments take about two to three hours. The studio recommends a fill every two to three weeks, and a longer gap is treated as a full set. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of glue, mascara or other product around the eyes, and to avoid caffeine on the day. For coverage, the studio suggests about 40 to 50 percent per eye, and clients who are unsure of their look can text or send a photo ahead.

Booking requires a deposit of 35 percent of the appointment price, and deposits are refunded for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. Appointments booked less than 48 hours ahead carry a $20 squeeze-in fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Issues such as lashes falling out or dissatisfaction within 24 to 72 hours are fixed free of charge. The studio also lists a training session.

The studio states its goal is for every client to be happy with their lashes.
