LuxSpace Studios was built by two local entrepreneurs, Chris and Dave, and it rents private studio suites to independent salon professionals. The company says its aim is to provide a luxury setting for professionals who deliver high-end service to their own clients.

Each suite comes with a marble countertop, a built-in sink and modern finishes. Occupants can personalize their suite to match their own style.

Members have access to shared areas used for education and events, and they can use shared-use spaces and laundry services on a mobile basis. LuxSpace hosts member mixers and events, and members can also organize their own gatherings.
