The business was founded in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2016. After the owner moved to Jacksonville in January 2019, it was relaunched there.

Services are by appointment only, booked online. A first visit starts with a consultation that looks at the condition of natural lashes and the look the client wants. Initial lash appointments run between 2 and 3.5 hours. A patch test can be done beforehand for clients concerned about adhesive reactions, and a warming massage table is available on request during services.

Each extension is applied individually, one to one. Natural Set adds subtle length and definition and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. The studio's volume set is full and feather-light and takes 3 hours 30 minutes. The Queen 2 Week Fill, for sets two weeks old or less, takes 1 hour. Nano Link hair extensions are also offered. Clients with no natural lashes are not candidates for extensions.

Two membership options are available. The Lash Club costs $199 per month with a $50 first fill appointment retainer. VIP membership costs $269 per month, is valid for 12 months, and includes two 90-minute fills a month, $50 off any volume set and aromatherapy lash shampoo. Same-day or outside-hours appointments carry an additional $30 emergency fee. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice and the booking retainer is not returned. One reschedule is allowed within 24 hours of the appointment time and within 7 days of booking, and rescheduling within 10 days of the original appointment earns credit toward the next visit. There is a 15-minute grace period, and clients who text can receive an extra 5 minutes. Cards are not kept on file. Cash is preferred, and Zelle, CashApp and card payments are accepted.

The suite is open 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM to 6 PM Sunday. The business also rents private suite beds to full-time lash artists in Jacksonville. A blog post on the site says lash extensions range from $80 to $400, depending on factors such as technician experience and product quality.

Each extension is applied one to one. The business says its sets avoid clumping and damage to natural lashes, and that it uses premium products and advanced techniques.
