Hours are Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the spa closed on Sundays and every other Wednesday. The team speaks Spanish, Greek, Hindi and Polish, and the spa is a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce.

Every treatment is tailored to the client's skin type, concerns and goals. Facial consultations help clients choose the right facial, and the spa says it offers personalized care, including follow-up after treatments. Injectable plans start with an in-person consultation, which is required before a Botox treatment plan and cost estimate are given. Botox treatments typically range from $200 to $750, depending on units, treated areas and individual anatomy, and financing is offered for aesthetic treatments.

The Luxe Reserve membership lets members set aside $150, $300 or $500 each month as credit for anything in the spa, with 10% off everything, including purchases made with credit. The commitment runs six months and then becomes month to month. Membership payments are non-refundable, members may pause once for 30 days every 12 months, and referring a friend who completes their first month earns a $50 treatment credit. The spa says it may change membership pricing at any time.
