The salon was founded by Harrison, whose background is in chemical engineering and clinical healthcare. Harrison designed the business around infection control, responsible product use and detailed technical work, favoring careful appointments over high-volume turnover. The salon describes its own standard as ultra luxury with a medical-grade hygiene standard.

The nail menu includes gel manicures, Gel-X (also called soft-gel), dip powder with more than 500 colors, acrylic-style fills and full sets, builder gel, French manicures and nail art. Botox is available, provided only by a board-certified medical professional.

The business is built around infection control, responsible product use and detailed technical work rather than fast turnover. Reusable stainless-steel tools are cleaned, decontaminated and sterilized, with autoclave sterilization used where it applies, and single-use items are thrown away after each client.
