Booking requires a valid debit or credit card, and a $25 deposit is taken toward the service. The business accepts card, cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. Guests may not bring additional people along to appointments. Reminders are sent 48 hours before each appointment.

Cancellations and reschedules are handled online through the confirmation email and need to be made at least 24 hours ahead. An appointment rescheduled more than once is cancelled. Arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show, and the full service fee is charged after a 10-minute grace period. Missing the 24-hour cancellation window also results in the full service being charged. No-call, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service and bar the client from future appointments. Changing the service at the appointment is charged at full price, and if a card declines, the remaining balance must be paid before booking again.
