The spa combines holistic healing practices with modern spa technology, and builds treatment plans around each client. Facial products are organic and cruelty-free, body and spa products are natural and organic, and waxing uses gentle, skin-safe products.

The menu is broad. Massage options include clinical massage with trigger point therapy, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy, as well as Swedish, deep tissue, sports recovery, hot stone and prenatal massage. Signature maintenance massage combines fluid strokes, gentle kneading and targeted muscle work. Chair massage is offered for 15 minutes at $25. Facial menus include HydraFacial treatments, microchanneling with LED, microcurrent and dermaplaning, along with a back hydration or acne facial. Body treatments include body wraps for skin firming, detoxifying, inch loss and cellulite or fat reduction, and non-invasive contouring such as 3D laser lipo and pressotherapy.

The spa also offers waxing for women and men, including Brazilian and Hollywood waxing, LED teeth whitening in 20, 40 and 60-minute sessions, couples massage, and spa parties and group experiences such as bachelorette celebrations. Appointments are available in the evenings and on weekends, and the spa is open daily. Spa packages, membership passes and gift cards are available, along with payment plans and financing through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna. Memberships require in-person setup, an automatic renewal authorization and an initial 90-day commitment; after that, cancellation is by formal request at least 30 days before the next recurring charge.
