Services are organized into Self Care, Recovery, Beauty, Renewal, Laser, Memberships and Treatments. The Beauty range covers Botox and Dysport, cosmetic injectables, Sculptra and Kybella, skin resurfacing, age spot and sun damage correction, melasma correction, vein removal, Hydrafacial and laser hair removal. Recovery includes compression therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy and isolated cryo therapy. Renewal lists IV therapy, NAD and exosome infusions, hair restoration, IPL skin rejuvenation, a weight loss service and semaglutide shots, along with B Complex, Toradol and glutathione shots.
The laser menu has three options. Lutronic Clarity II is described as a dual wavelength, single fiber platform for unwanted hair, pigmented lesions and vascular lesions. Lutronic Ultra is described as a non-ablative resurfacing laser for sunspots, acne, melasma, wrinkles, large pores and texture, and the business says it is safe for all skin types and suitable year round. The XERF treatment is offered for skin tightening, which the business calls the world's first multifrequency, monopolar RF technology for that purpose.
Memberships are the most structured part of the menu. Monthly plans range from Wellness Essential at $119, with 5 core services a month, to Luxe VIP at $349, which includes 5 core services plus one facial or IV. Core services covered by memberships are compression therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna and localized cryo. Members also get monthly discounts of 20% off one laser hair removal session, 20% off one syringe filler or Botox, and 15% off one wellness service. Joining is handled at reception or by phone with a membership specialist. Student memberships at lower monthly rates are open to students, military personnel, and senior CIT and TX college students. Individual core services are listed at $25 for members and $40 for non-members, and localized cryo at $25 to $40.
Booking can be made online through the Book Now button on the website. Clients can cancel or reschedule without a fee by notifying the business at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee, missed appointments without notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and booking fees are non-refundable. If the business cancels, the client is rescheduled or refunded in full to the original payment method. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Monday open by appointment only.
