Treatment plans are assembled from a range of aesthetic and medical services under a board certified physician, and the team includes nurse injectors, a physician assistant and a microblading artist.

New and established patients can come in by walk-in or by appointment, and booking is done by phone. A complimentary consultation is available on request to design a treatment plan. Client testimonials on the site describe the staff as knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Groups of four or more guests can book treatments with an injector at a chosen location such as a home, an office or the medical spa; the host earns credit toward treatments and guests receive special pricing.

Neurotoxin treatments use Botox, Jeuveau or Dysport and take about 30 minutes with no recovery time; the studio says results may begin in as few as two days, peak within about two weeks and last around three months. Dermal filler, including lip filler, is placed in one appointment of roughly one to two hours with numbing, and a follow-up two weeks later is scheduled if needed; results are stated to last six to 18 months. Sculptra and Radiesse are described as biostimulators that encourage the body's own collagen, and biostimulators usually take multiple sessions. Sculptra is usually given over about three sessions across a few months, and a hyperdiluted Radiesse neck treatment takes about an hour. Results for both are stated to last up to two years.

Collagen P.I.N. microneedling uses an FDA approved device with 36 sterile needles, and sessions take about an hour including numbing; three treatments spaced four weeks apart are often recommended. PRF can be added, and it is made by centrifuging a small amount of the client's own blood and applied after microneedling. EZGEL combines the client's own heated and cooled albumin with PRF, takes about 60 minutes and can use up to five syringes of filler per treatment, and clients are asked to start hydrating three days beforehand. The VI Chemical Peel is a medium-depth peel of about 30 minutes that can be done once or as a series of three; peeling typically starts three days later and continues through day five. Morpheus 8 treatments are also offered. For facials, the classic version uses steam and bioelements products and takes about an hour at Belle Vernon, while Hydrafacial is offered in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions at South Hills.

The medical weight loss program builds an individualized treatment plan for each client. The initial visit includes a physician visit with a history and physical exam to determine candidacy for medications, and the first four weeks of medication are included with no additional fees. Compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications come from a 503B outsourcing pharmacy regulated by the FDA, priced from $200 to $550 or more for a four-week supply depending on dose; branded Wegovy and Zepbound are also offered, with monthly prescription fees. Initial visits provide four prefilled syringes for home injection, or branded medications are ordered. Monthly follow-ups check weight, progress and side effects, adjust doses and dispense medication. Vitamin B12 injections are $10 each or four for $32, vitamin D3 injections are $25 each given monthly, and LipoMino injections are $15. Insurance is not accepted for weight loss services, and consultations are scheduled by calling or texting.

Treatment plans are customized from a range of services and led by a board certified physician. The studio describes its regenerative treatments as natural, personalized and low in downtime.
