Each one opens with a double cleanse and exfoliation, adds extractions where skin calls for them, and includes facial massage, a hydrating or calming mask to finish, and closing products. The Classic and Luxe facials also include red light therapy, and a neck and shoulder massage can be added on request. According to the salon, the Classic Facial is its most frequently booked service, while the Luxe Facial is its most all-inclusive option. Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin on the day, using small-batch, handmade natural products blended for that individual.

Alongside treatments, the studio takes a whole-person view, paying attention to lifestyle, nutrition and emotional balance. Lash lifts and tints, along with brow and lip waxing and underarm waxing, are also available, and a dermaplane add-on can be booked with any facial.

Services are by appointment only, and the studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clients are asked to prepare beforehand, such as stopping retinol or tretinoin three days before a facial or wax, avoiding harsh exfoliation for a week, and staying out of the sun. Afterward, they're asked to use a clean pillowcase, skip harsh products, and avoid sweating and makeup for 12 to 24 hours. Lash lift clients receive similar guidance, including keeping lashes dry for 24 hours.

Facials are customized to each client's skin on the day, using small-batch, natural products mixed for that client, with attention to lifestyle and nutrition as well as the treatment itself.
