Hygiene is a stated priority. Implements, equipment and electrical instruments are cleaned and go through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before they are used again. Buffers and files are single-use and discarded after each service, every pedicure is done with liner protection, and staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol.

Manicures and pedicures make up the spa side of the menu. The Aroma Serenity Ritual manicure and the Luxe Earth Signature Manicure are the more involved options, with soaks, scrubs, masks, massage and hand treatments. Pedicures run from a 25-minute classic to a 70-minute organic version, and each can be done with regular polish or gel.
