Manicures and pedicures come in six named styles: Traditional, Organic, Aloe Vera, Milk & Honey, Volcano and Golden Mystique. Each can be done with or without gel, and callus removal is available as a pedicure add-on. The Golden Mystique pedicure uses Ceremony of Gold products, and the organic pedicure uses products the salon says come from organic, eco-friendly brands.
For a longer-wearing finish, the salon offers NexGen Nail, which it says looks like gel, is organic, and uses no chemicals or UV light. According to the salon, it does not damage the natural nail the way acrylic can. Acrylic options include new sets, fills, ombre, French dip, dipping powder and Gel X sets, along with shellac or gel manicures. Add-ons range from chrome and gel French to color changes, gel or shellac removal, cuticle cuts and neck, shoulder and foot massages.
Hygiene is a stated focus. The salon says its staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol and describes them as highly qualified. Buffers and files are used once and discarded, paraffin is never reused for another client, and every pedicure is done with liner protection. Prices are listed for cash and card payment, with payment due when service is rendered. Refunds are not given on services already performed, and clients running 10 or more minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled.
Online booking runs through a GoCheckin page, where services are listed as one-hour appointments. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday 11:30 am to 6:00 pm.
