Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 75%. There is a 15-minute grace period, and arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 fee. Refunds are not given. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:15am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.

The salon offers a 7-day nail repair guarantee. Lifting, chipping or product breakdown from a quality issue is repaired at no cost if the repair is booked within 7 days of the original service. The guarantee does not cover work done by other salons or damage such as burned, smashed or ripped-off nails. The salon also accepts team applications through its Join Our Team page and says it offers training for people who want to build their skills.
