The menu covers acrylic sets and refills, including color acrylic, pink and white, and French styles; liquid gel, builder gel and Gel-X; dipping powder; gel and regular manicures; and a long list of add-ons such as designs, ombre, long nails, special shapes and nail repair. Gel polish changes for hands or toes are also offered.

The salon is known for nail art and for its spa pedicures. Each spa pedicure is priced by its package. Options range from an express pedicure at $30 with a soak, shape, cuticle cleanup, peppermint scrub massage and regular polish, to the Royal spa at $99, which adds a pink Himalayan salt soak, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, a neck and shoulder heating pad, and collagen gloves or paraffin for the hands. In between are lavender, milk and honey, jelly, Luxe, volcano, ocean and paradise and relaxation packages, several with seaweed and kelp masks, paraffin or hot stone massage.

Children under 10, or those who pass the green line, can book kid services: manicures, pedicures, a combined pedicure and manicure, gel polish changes and a kid jelly spa.

Waxing is offered for the face, body and limbs, from lips and eyebrows to back and full legs. Online booking lists a basic manicure at about 30 minutes, a gel manicure at one hour, an express pedicure at one hour, the Royal spa pedicure at one hour and 30 minutes, and a combined pedicure and gel manicure at two hours.

Unsupervised children are not allowed, and a young child must have another caretaker. Phones should be on low volume, and FaceTime and speakerphone calls are not permitted. The salon does not offer refunds for services or products, and products cannot be returned or exchanged. Quality issues must be raised within seven days for gel polish and dipping services, and within three days for other nail services. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa and Mastercard. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The salon says it uses only products from world-class brands. It also states that equipment is sanitized after each client and stored in hospital-grade sterilization.
