Mobile visits run daily from 8am to 8pm in Edinburg and South Padre Island, and the team travels to homes, hotels, Airbnbs, beach condos, workplaces, events and other approved locations. The Edinburg office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the website. The South Padre Island lounge also offers in-office blood draws, with results sent to the client or their physician.

IV therapy is the core of the menu, with drips grouped by purpose: hydration, recovery after exercise or travel, hangover relief, migraine support, iron infusion, immune support, beauty, NAD+ and a post-operative gastric sleeve or bariatric drip. Each drip can be upgraded with single add-ons, such as B-12, magnesium, vitamin C, glutathione or zinc. Drips run from $150 for the basic Hydration Drip to $350 for the Detox Plus Drip. Vitamin and wellness shots are quick intramuscular injections given without an IV, and the B-12 and Skinny shot packages of four are sold in office only.

The facial menu includes the Korean Glass Skin Facial at $200, a 14-step ritual with steam, extractions and an exosome-infused treatment, and the Pretty Farm Girl Facial at $175, an organic option that uses that brand's skincare. Also offered are the needle-free Boo-Se Boo Peel and Lift, microneedling with SkinPen and the Luxe Signature Facial, which the business calls its most luxurious facial. Pricing for the last three is listed as coming soon. Add-ons for facials include red light therapy, PDRN, PLA, exosomes and a CO2 carboxy mask, and the facials are offered at the South Padre Island lounge and as a mobile service.

The weight management program includes physician-prescribed semaglutide or tirzepatide when medically appropriate, weekly injections, an initial physician consultation, follow-up visits, 3D body composition scans and nutrition and lifestyle guidance with ongoing nurse support. Lab work includes hormone, peptide, hair loss, GLP-1 and functional health panels, and results go to the client or their physician. The business says every IV, injection, blood draw and facial is given by a licensed registered nurse under physician oversight.

Treatments are given by registered nurses or other medical professionals, and staff review each client's health history, medications, allergies and wellness goals before selecting a service.
