The menu includes manicures, pedicures, gel polish, gel manicures, acrylic full sets, custom Dream Gel extensions, nail art in three tiers, and men's manicures and pedicures. Pedicures range from basic versions to deluxe collagen treatments that include a mask and a hot stone massage.

Only professional gel products are stocked in the salon. Regular polish is not kept on hand, so clients booking a service with regular polish are asked to bring their own.

Bookings come with a set of policies. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and changes made inside that window carry a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total, and a client who has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start time without notice is treated as a no-show. Late arrivals may have the session shortened while the full price is still owed. Several services ask for a deposit at booking, which goes toward any fee.
