Each visit starts with a consultation. Johanna talks through the look a client wants, how they live, and how much upkeep they are comfortable with, then plans the service around that. The studio says the health and condition of a client's hair come first, which shapes how color and lightener are used.

The menu runs from full blonding and highlights to all-over color, color retouches, and toners and glosses. Grey coverage can be added to a highlight or blonding service. Extensions are a separate track: a consultation is required before any installation, and the JZ Unseen Beaded Weft system is the main option, with color and toning available for extensions as well.

Hair services cover haircuts, cuts with a chemical service, wash, blow-dry and style, and a deep conditioning treatment. Full Signature Blonding and extension maintenance include Moroccanoil treatments.

Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation that plans the look around a client's hair goals, lifestyle and maintenance preferences. The studio puts the health and integrity of the hair first.
