Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a natural result. Hybrid sets blend roughly 70 percent classic with 30 percent volume. Volume sets fan several extensions onto each natural lash, and mega volume uses more extensions per fan with a wider diameter than regular volume.

Wispy classic sets mix lengths, curls and diameters on a one-to-one ratio, wispy hybrid sets combine classic lashes with 2D to 3D fans, and wispy light volume uses 2D to 5D fans. Wispy volume sets use 9D to 12D fans along the base of the lash line, and wispy volume with color adds colored lashes in many colors and styles. The open eye classic set uses longer lengths toward the center of the eye.

Memberships run month to month with no long-term commitment. Each plan covers one full set and two fills per month, paid upfront for three services. Members receive priority booking, 10% off items and services, and a free aftercare kit.

Appointments are held with a credit card on file. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Late arrivals pay a $15 late fee, and those more than 15 minutes late lose the appointment and pay 50% of the service fee. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full service. Clients who no-call and no-show cannot book again. Payment is by exact cash or card, with a $3 debit fee and a $5 fee for Cash App. No refunds are given on services. Phones should be silenced during appointments; calls are accepted but texting is not, and headphones and a blanket are welcome. If lash fallout is excessive after a visit, a complimentary fill is offered within 2 days.
