Booking requires a non-refundable fee equal to 25% of the service, paid when the appointment is scheduled. That fee is applied toward the cost of the service itself.
Appointments hold a 20-minute grace period. Arriving more than 20 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled, and the booking fee is forfeited and cannot be moved to the new time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise the fee is forfeited in the same way. A no-show also forfeits the fee, and after one no-show, future services must be paid in full before the appointment.
