Visits begin with a complimentary consultation with any provider to help plan a treatment. Aesthetic injectors develop a separate treatment path for each client. Facials open with a personal skin consultation and analysis so that the products and techniques suit the individual's skin. Facials involve no downtime, and the team suggests keeping up results every four to six weeks.

The injectable menu includes Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers that restore volume and smooth lines, and the biostimulators Radiesse and Sculptra, which work with the body's own collagen. Skinvive by Juvederm is also offered. Skin rejuvenation options include Hydrafacial, microneedling, a Salmon DNA facial, a D.E.J biostimulator and RF skin tightening. For regenerative treatments, PRP and EZ GEL PRF are prepared from the client's own blood.

Wellness services include IV therapy, with customized blends of vitamins, minerals, medication and fluids, along with wellness shots. The medical weight loss program uses weekly injections, guided by the medical team and a registered dietitian nutritionist, and is paired with lifestyle support. Concierge at-home appointments are also available.

Port Washington at 20 Main Street offers late-night appointments and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday until 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Appointments are preferred at the locations. The Bay Shore location is at 21 W Main Street. West Hampton Beach is seasonal, with concierge services and in-studio appointments by arrangement. Payment plans let clients spread treatments over monthly payments, with plans at 0% APR for six months and a soft credit check. Memberships give member pricing and a monthly beauty bank toward future treatments, and a loyalty program rewards visits. Gift cards are sold, and skincare products are available through an online shop. A cancellation or no-show fee of $125 applies.

Aesthetic procedures are performed by aesthetic injectors who build a separate treatment path for each client, aiming for subtle, refined results.
