Luxe B.P is based in Austell, and the address is sent in the booking confirmation email. Lash extensions are the focus, in two styles. Volume is a full set that takes about two and a half hours and is aimed at a fuller look. Hybrid is a two-hour full set that mixes single lashes with volume fans for a more natural result.

Between full sets, clients can book fill-ins. A hybrid fill-in takes about 90 minutes at $70, and a volume fill-in takes about two hours at $75. Both need at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place; if the extensions can be counted, a full set is booked instead. Mini fills are shorter one-week fill-ins for either style, at $50 for hybrid or $55 for volume. Removal has to be booked as its own appointment and is not done over another technician's work.

Booking comes with set terms. A $25 non-refundable deposit applies to every appointment unless the service is paid in full, and it goes toward the service. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 12 hours ahead; for a paid-in-full booking cancelled inside that window, the refund is the total minus the deposit and a $2 processing fee. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which the appointment is cancelled and the deposit kept. A $25 late fee applies if the technician can still take the client, and fill-ins with fewer than 40 percent of extensions remaining carry a $10 fee per eye. No-call/no-shows lose the deposit and must pay in full for future bookings, and may be barred from booking.

Before an appointment, clients should arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup, eyeliner or mascara. The room is kept below 75 degrees so the glue sets properly, so bringing a blanket or jacket is suggested. Extra guests are not permitted, and staff do not answer calls or texts for clients, who are asked to put their phones away during the visit. Payment is by cash, Apple Pay or Zelle; Cash App is not accepted.

Fill-ins are timed and priced by how many extensions remain, and removal is kept as a separate appointment.
