Everything runs by appointment, Wednesday through Saturday. Clients are welcomed into a calm, private space where calming scents and curated playlists play during appointments. Restrooms are available on arrival and complimentary feminine wipes are provided. Estheticians take extra time with first-time guests, walking them through each step and answering questions. Clients may feel a quick sting afterward, especially on a first visit, and premium aftercare is offered.

The menu covers bikini and Brazilian waxing, which is the studio's signature service, as well as inner thigh, lower back and full butt waxing, underarms, half and full arms, chest and full back, eyebrow shaping and full face, lip and chin bundles, and half and full legs. The salon describes its waxing as faster, gentler and more elevated than what most clients are used to. Most clients return every four weeks, and some stretch to five or six. Bikini results typically last four to six weeks.

Waxing is meant to be quick and comfortable, with the aim of helping clients feel confident and cared for during every visit.
