The studio works with three bridal teams, each made up of one hair stylist and one makeup artist. Brides can request a team on a first come, first served basis. Requests are not guaranteed, and the team is confirmed before the contract is signed. Backup hair and makeup stylists are available if a contracted stylist cannot attend.
Makeup is offered in both liquid and airbrush formulas, and false eyelashes are included in the makeup price. Touch-up makeup kits can be provided on request, and a full-day buy-out for hair and makeup touch-ups is available. Foundation brands range from drugstore to department-store lines and are matched to each client's skin type and color.
Trials are available to any member of the bridal party at the same price as the matching service. They are only offered once a bridal contract has been signed. Responses to inquiries can take seven to ten business days, and the booking fee is non-refundable and does not count toward the final cost.
The team travels for weddings, usually when the party has at least five people, though exceptions are considered. Travel is charged per mile for each stylist, and a wedding away from the St. Louis or Monroe County areas should be mentioned when the inquiry is made. A travel wedding requires two stylists.
Bridal work is organized around fixed teams of one hair stylist and one makeup artist, with backup stylists arranged in case a contracted stylist cannot attend.
