It was started to provide a more inclusive, health-focused approach to extensions and hair loss solutions, suited to every hair texture, density and stage of hair loss. Extension work starts with a consultation of 15 to 30 minutes, which every install requires. Prospective clients fill out a pre-consultation form, and the salon contacts them within 24 to 48 hours to book one. A non-refundable retainer secures the appointment, and extension options are shared once it is received. Hair is not included in extension services. It is ordered through the salon's own ordering service from preferred retailers, and the salon does not install hair bought elsewhere. Online booking is offered through StyleSeat.

Visits are one client at a time and begin with a shampoo. Capes are single-use, an air purifier runs in the studio, and tools are disinfected between clients. Installs are done strand by strand, so timing depends on how much hair is added, the bond size and head size. Maintenance visits are recommended after an installation. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 11 PM, closed Sunday, and customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Email, voicemail and social media cancellations won't be accepted. A rescheduled booking has to move to a new date within 15 days, or the deposit is kept. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be turned away and recorded as no-shows. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a 50% fee. Pre-ordered hair cannot be refunded and will be disposed of if it hasn't been collected within 30 days of the order date or by the appointment itself. Reminders go out 24 hours ahead of each appointment.

Wigs are made from 100% human hair with ultra-fine lace, pre-bleached knots and pre-plucked parts, and come in Ready to Wear, Bespoke, Couture and Custom categories. Cranial prostheses are custom hair replacements made to the wearer's measurements, scalp needs, lifestyle, density, texture, color and style, and begin with a private consultation by appointment. Some health insurance plans may cover part or all of a cranial prosthesis when a medical provider prescribes it, and clients should confirm eligibility with their insurer. Membership tiers from Silver through Diamond bundle styling visits, wig care, treatments and install credits on a monthly or quarterly schedule.
