The studio is in Studio 8 inside Salon Lofts at the 1890 Ranch shopping center, northwest of Austin and across from Half Price Books. Its menu is grouped into customized spa facials, advanced skincare treatments and skincare products.

Facials are built around the individual. Each one is customized for aging, sun damage, rosacea, dehydration, compromised skin barriers or acne. The signature Lux Skin Spa facial was designed by the owner and is tailored to each client's skin type, and a longer Deluxe version is also offered.

Beyond facials, the menu includes LightWave light therapy, which uses red, infrared and blue light and is offered without UV, microcurrent that uses low-level electrical currents to stimulate facial muscles and collagen production, Hydro-Dermabrasion and microdermabrasion, several peels, and Rezenerate nano infusion treatments with little to no downtime. The studio describes its treatments as advanced and result-driven, delivered with a calm, refined approach. Its most involved service, The Jacqueline, is a 150-minute lift and toning facial that combines several modalities.

The studio carries the Le Mieux skincare line, which the brand describes as cruelty-free and free of artificial binders, thickeners or fillers, and the IMAGE Skincare professional line, including tinted and non-tinted daily SPF products.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and changes made with less notice carry a $50 fee. Clients are responsible for attending even if they do not receive a courtesy reminder. Instant online gift certificates can be emailed right away and used toward any treatment or product. They are nonrefundable, must be presented at the time of service, can be transferred to another person, and can be exchanged for skincare products equal to the amount paid if unused for a service. The studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced certificates.

The studio starts every treatment with a personalized consultation and tailors home care advice to each client's skin type, concerns and lifestyle.
