The owners believe beauty should look like the individual, so the goal with each client is a look that reflects their own personal style rather than a single trend. The salon describes its core values as quality, a positive environment, uncompromising technique and exceptional service, and it builds its work around culture, craftsmanship and community.
The stylists combine color theory and trend-driven cutting with practical know-how, and they tailor recommendations to hair type, face shape and what the client prefers. The salon aims for a calm, polished space where the team puts clients first and a customer support team is available.
The service menu is grouped into Hair Color & Treatments, Hair Cut & Style, Hand-Tied Extensions, and Specials & Packages. Color work runs from root touch-ups and all-over color through partial and full highlights and balayage, with glosses, toners, conditioning treatments and eyebrow color available as add-ons. Listed prices are starting points; they rise with the experience of the stylist, and the final cost can depend on hair length and thickness.
Policies to know before booking: a credit card secures all color reservations, and cancellations or missed appointments without 24 to 48 hours notice may be charged 50 to 100 percent of the scheduled service. The salon does not give refunds for services, but clients can ask for changes to a service within 7 days and can request a different product within 7 days if a purchase does not suit their hair. Children are not permitted at appointments, and the salon is closed on Sundays.
Recommendations are tailored to each client, taking into account hair texture, facial shape and personal taste, with technical know-how and creative judgement both part of the process.
