The salon is open Monday, Thursday and Friday through Sunday, with Friday and Saturday hours running late into the evening, and it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Clients who need a time outside those hours can request a before or after hours appointment for a fee that starts at $20. Children can book a mini manicure or mini pedicure with regular polish.
Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled inside that window carry a 10% service fee, and no-shows are charged 25% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once to another appointment with proper notice. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.
