Lash sets are offered in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, plus partial sets that cover about 60–70% of the natural lash line. A classic set places one extension on one natural lash, a hybrid set mixes classic lashes with volume fans, and volume and mega volume sets use lightweight fans for a fuller, more dramatic finish. Full sets, retouches and refills are all listed, and most clients return every 2–4 weeks for fills. Listed full-set prices start at $145 for classic, $165 for hybrid, $190 for volume and $220 for mega volume. Prices may change, and taxes and fees are added at checkout.

Consultations cost nothing and come with any appointment. In one, the lash artist looks at the health of your lashes, asks what you want, and suggests a service that fits. The YUMI Lash Lift works on natural lashes, lifting them and adding a curl from the base. Results generally hold for 8 to 12 weeks, with the exact length depending on how well the lashes are cared for and how strong they naturally are. A lash tint can be added on top. Brow tinting costs $25, brow lamination $80, and waxing $15. Anyone using retinol, acne treatments or exfoliating products is asked to stop them 5 to 7 days before a waxing visit. For the first 24 hours after a lash appointment, clients are asked to keep lashes away from water, steam, sweat and eye makeup.

The salon offers training in Brooklyn or on Long Island, including the Classic Lash Foundation, a beginner course for people with no prior experience. It covers lash isolation, mapping, placement, styling and retention basics, with live demos, hands-on practice, a beginner product kit, a certificate of completion and ongoing support. Graduates receive 10% off the salon's products. The business also sells lash supplies online, and it hosts independent beauty professionals who offer permanent makeup, hair services, and body contouring and post-op care.

Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and a change made within 48 hours carries a $55 fee. Services and products are final sale, and opened or used products cannot be returned.
