Extensions are central to the work here. Participants receive a certificate of completion and an extensions kit. Installation covers custom placement and color, blending and styling, and clients leave with an aftercare kit and a demonstration of at-home maintenance using the salon's products. Maintenance is recommended every six to eight weeks, and first-time clients or those returning after eight to ten weeks book a consultation first.

Color services range from partial highlights and balayage to heavy foiling with fine babylights, root retouching and all-over color. A gloss and blowout service applies a gloss or toner to maintain color and reduce brassy or dull tones. Color correction starts at $400 and typically takes at least four hours. New guests book a consultation and pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 for color or $750 for extensions, which is applied to the service total on the day.

Booking rules are firm. A card must be on file for every appointment, and appointments without one by the confirmation date are cancelled. Reschedules and cancellations need 48 hours notice, and a no-show or late cancellation carries a $100 fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Services are non-refundable, and any adjustments must be requested within three days. Guests may not bring extra people, and children are welcome only when they are having a service themselves.

For groups, the Lux Spa Party is a two-hour package for up to six guests. It includes hair tinsels and glitter curls, a mini facial, a manicure, a beauty swag bag, custom invitations, candytinis and a balloon arch in up to two colors. Additional guests are $65 each.
